Returns & Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise, except those items purchased in the CLEARANCE section. All sales on CLEARANCE items are final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will not honor or entertain requests for returns of items purchased in error.
If, after the initial inspection, any product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it in unused condition, in original packaging within 7 days for an exchange. NOTE: Items returned after 7 days of receipt to customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The Rabbit Hole Designs will not accept requests for returns or replacement for any item past 30 days of receipt to customer.
All returns are subject to an additional 3% fee on the total purchase including shipping. This is the fee we have to pay our payment processing companies to process your payments.
Refused Shipments and Return to Sender shipments will be subject to 20% restocking fee, 3% processing fee paid at time of purchase, no shipping charges shall be refunded.
All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise. Exchanges for returned items are issued within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned product. Refunds for damaged or defective returned items will be at the discretion of The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC
The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC. will only return and exchange merchandise that was purchased through us.
Please obtain permission and a Return Authorization before returning any goods by contacting us at email@example.com. Please include your order # in the subject line.
The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC. is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse.
