Shipping Information

We use USPS to ship all orders/packages. With the exception of International (see below for International terms) Our goal is to ship within 2 business days from the time the order is received, however, you may experience a small delay when order quantities are higher than normal (promotions, sales, new product release, etc.) weekends, USA holidays, or until payment has processed.

All USA orders under $75.00 ship for $6.99

All USA orders over $75.01 ship free to USA addresses only, free shipping based on total prior to any taxes and after discounts. Need a discount code? Make sure you are following our blog and have signed up for our emails.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International orders now ship UPS, you have choices of service upon checkout, you will be charged actual carrier charged rates. *This includes USA shipping and handling. We make no apologies over this expensive and only option, the current unstable shipping situation has forced us to use only UPS for ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.

Canadian Customers will have options of UPS or USPS for their shipping.

Effective Jan 01, 2021 we will no longer be able to process and ship to any address with with a UK designation.  We have applied for our BREXIT ID and are awaiting the number. When we have it we will resume shipping to the UK. 

Effective Jan 1, 2020, all shipments to Brazil must include the recipient's Tax Identification (ID) number on customs declarations and shipping labels.
Brazilian customers will need to provide any of the following:

There are several different Tax IDs that can be used when shipping to Brazil, including:
· CPF - Individual Tax ID, similar to U.S.A.’s Social Security number
· CNPJ - Business Tax ID
· Passport Number

as any shipments missing the recipient's Tax ID will be subject to return, or even disposal, by Brazilian Customs.

*There is a strong possibility there could be extra handling/duty/taxes/brokerage fees added at the time of delivery. These charges are out of our control & knowledge and are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to refuse an order no refund will be processed or entertained until the product has been received back in the same condition it was when it left our facility. At which time we will deduct all fees that we have paid associated to your order. These fees include shipping charges, taxes, affiliate payouts, transaction charges for the processing of payments (fees we get charged and fees we will pay to process a refund). After the fees have been deducted we will issue you a detailed email to the email you used when placing your order. If you did not leave an email, we will provide you a breakdown if requested, and issue the refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We work to ship orders as quickly as possible, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it is placed. We are not able to add or remove items, or exchange items within an order. We are also not able to cancel orders.

Shipping Address

The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC. cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction. Failure to provide a correct shipping address can and will delay your order. You will be contacted via the email you provide on checkout of any such delay.

Shipping Confirmation

The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC. is not responsible for any orders/packages that are lost or damaged once the package(s) has left our warehouse. The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC. ships all orders using delivery confirmation and is not responsible for any orders/packages that are missing that show delivery has occurred, with the exception of International Orders. Customer assumes all risk of delivery once a package has left our warehouse. Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen.

Please watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier or in the case of International UPS for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.

When an order ships we do our best to advise you via email that your package has shipped. We take extra care to package each order appropriately. All orders are well packed and ship with a packing slip. Our shipping fees include our packaging fees, which includes, but are not limited to, packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, and single or double ply boxes. If your product arrives damaged by the carrier, please inform the carrier of damage at the time of delivery.
